Joel Bordes joined FRB Capital in 2019 as Strategic Advisor on a high profile Debt & Equity placement assignment. Leveraging his extensive financial background he directed the deal team towards an institutional execution. Currently he serves as Executive Vice President Finance, and directly oversees all financial and accounting functions, including: corporate and project accounting, feasibility analysis of projects, structuring and sourcing of debt and equity, financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, discounted cash flow projections, waterfall distribution analysis, review of contracts related to corporate and project operations.
Prior to joining FRB Capital Joel was Chief Financial Officer for the Truax Companies, a Temecula based development company. Mr. Bordes holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from Université de Pau et des pays de l’Adour and MBA in Finance from Université de Bordeaux.
